The Order Process

You submit an order, I review it and send back a quote. You approve and I send back an order form with a proof and you review it. Once approved with either a 50% deposit or full payment, I proceed with the order. You will be notified of completion with an invoice and will need to pay for the remainder of the bill if need be, then it will be delivered. No orders are delivered/ shipped/ picked up without full payment.

Samples

Samples can be made. They will be made from vinyl, DTF or Embroidery. All samples are made at your own cost. Samples are rolled into the final cost of the approved order. Screen printing is not an option.

Shipping

Delivery for Windsor/ Essex County is done every Friday. Free of charge. Outside of Windsor/ Essex shipping is done at your cost through Paypal/ netParcel. netParcel is a domestic and international shipping service committed to giving you the most competitive rates available. Returns

Claims for defective/misprinted products must be submitted within 7 days after it's received. Claims due to an error on my side are covered at my expense. No exchanges on any printed item.  Because the products are custom printed I cannot provide refunds for sizing issues, please double-check your size and product specifications before ordering. If there are issues, all items need to be returned unworn and unwashed.

Rush Orders

Our regular turnaround is 2-3 weeks. If a one-week turnaround is requested, there is a rush order upcharge of 40%.

Order Cancelations

Orders for custom imprinted items can be cancelled within 24 hours. Rush orders cannot be cancelled.

Copyrights

We reserve the right to refuse any order for personalization that would constitute a copyright infringement or is in our opinion offensive to an individual or a group of people. However, we cannot be aware of all copyrighted products and names. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their personalization is not offensive and does not violate any copyright laws.

Privacy Policy

When you make a purchase using a credit card/ PayPal, they collect the information necessary to bill you for your purchase. We only collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address, email address, and phone number of the intended recipients. Information we collect may be used to enhance your shopping experience in the following ways:

• Deliver merchandise that you purchase

• Bill your credit card for your purchases

• Confirm your orders
