Hi, I'm Tonya — the hands, heart, and hustle behind JustLostKey.
I’ve been in the print world since 2011, when I graduated from St. Clair College with an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. At the time, I was already working as a designer at a local charity, raising my son, and discovering just how much I loved seeing a design come to life — from sketch to finished product. During school, I interned at a print shop and instantly knew I’d found my niche.
After graduation, I stayed on with that shop for a while, then spent a few years freelancing before finding a new home at another print shop where I got to dive into customer service, installations, and really understanding the industry. I even took a turn in retail design for a couple years, but eventually found myself running a full print shop on my own — from design to production and everything in between.
But apparel? That’s where my heart is. I love the creativity, the craft, and the joy of putting something meaningful into someone’s hands. So I decided to do it on my own terms — and that’s how JustLostKey was born.
